Training built into the day
never costs a class.
The most common question from parents is a fair one: with training built into the day, when does academic learning happen? Here is the answer, hour by hour.
The core schedule
Academics anchor the morning, when focus is highest. Training follows during the school day.
The Day Begins
Students settle in and begin the first academic block with teacher support close at hand.
Academic Block I Academics
Certified teachers lead core college-preparatory coursework in math, science, English, and social studies. Small classes allow an individualized pace.
Training Block I Athletics
Position-specific work in the cages and on the training floor covers hitting mechanics, fielding, and throwing progressions.
Lunch & Fueling
Students receive a catered, nutritionally balanced lunch. Weekly nutrition lessons connect food and hydration with performance.
Academic Block II Academics
The second academic block includes electives, labs, and guided study with teacher support.
Strength & Agility Athletics
Students complete strength, speed, and mobility work on the performance floor. Coaches scale each program by age and training experience.
School Day Ends
Students finish the integrated academic and athletic day.
Times are representative and may be adjusted by grade level and season.
Flex Fridays
A focused Friday morning creates room for academic support, enrichment, mentoring, and individual development needs.
- Extra tutoring and academic catch-up
- Additional individual training blocks
- Guest speakers and mentorship sessions
- Nutrition and mental performance classes
- Academic electives and enrichment
Why academics begin the day
Academic blocks begin in the morning. Training follows after students have eaten and warmed up, rather than at the end of a separate school day.
A traditional school year
The academy follows a traditional school-year calendar while keeping academics and athletic development coordinated throughout the week.
